Job Context:

  • The candidate should be responsible for providing high-quality application support to end business clients. Should have a good grasp of new software solutions and products.
  • Good Communication. Coordinate with internal team for Issue Resolving, Identify Bugs and assignment to internal team & coordination with customer for the same.


Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide software support and training on calls
  • Should be able to respond to the customer in an excellent professional manner.
  • Must have the ability to resolve software users’ issues effectively
  • Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Attend calls and provide a solution

Educational Requirements : Bachelor of Science (BSc) & Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting & Information System,
Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support, Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, MIS, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Software Implementation
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service, Software Company


Additional Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • 2+ years of experience. IT educational background of CSE
  • Clear communicator of Bangla and English language
  • Has to passion for solving customers issues, not leaving anything open, and one who enjoys customers appreciation
  • A thirst for knowledge and growth in any circumstances
